To maintain the integrity of our unique pieces, items must be returned in their original condition with all security tags and designer labels intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the garment in its original 'Repair and Disassembly' packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and the new shipping label is clearly visible.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary pickup through our online portal within 7 days of receiving your label.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
